This form allows Fondation Ton sur Ton to prepare the implementation of the project, fulfil the administrative requirements of the Swiss National Agency Movetia and prepare the financial reporting after the activity.

Some information requested below may also be used for the final report submitted to Movetia.
Participant-specific information (health, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, emergency contacts, etc.) will be collected through a separate Participant Information Form approximately 10 days before the beginning of the exchange.
